Refund and Returns Policy
All sales policies are final policy. That states that once customers make a purchase, they will not be able to return that item for a replacement or refund. All sales final policies are typically applied to clearance sale items.
Any damage/theft during transport outside the factory, the financial loss will be beared by the Consignee or Receiver.
Terms and conditions
*No breakage/missing responsibility while transportation.
*100% payment before dispatch (GST as per the Govt rules).
*Interest @ 18% p.a will be charged if the payment is not made within the stipulated time.
*Quotation is valid for 3 days.
*Casing charges and local transportation extra.
*Once goods sold/ordered will not we taken back.
*Material should have to be collect within 30 days.
*The Company reserves the right to change the pricing, Guarantee and warranty from time to time with respect to the Terms and Conditions of the Alkas Enterprises product and will be binding on all.
*A minimum period of 2 weeks to a maximum of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of your orders by the company may be applicable for dispatch of your materials.
*If your company has a branding, then Alkas Enterprises will not guarantee-warranty any of your materials.
*You are responsible for delivering the returned product, which is covered under warranty, to the company address.
*Subject to ‘Jalgaon’ Jurisdiction only.
*1 Year Warranty from the date of Invoice provided by the Manufacturer.
Covered In Warranty :- Manufacturing Defects Only .
Not Covered In Warranty :- Physical and Electrical Damages.
